Always attentive to the sustainability of its work and the environment, Unifix offers collaborators use of its own eco-friendly Fiat 500 and also a fleet of electric bicycles to move around while respecting the nature that surrounds us.
Both inside the company and also outside, surrounded by our mountains, we have created areas where people can meet and enjoy a break in the company of colleagues.
Aware of the fact that professional and human growth is a path that never ends, we offer our collaborators both professional and personal training courses (Structugram, 8 Awareness-Expanding, Lego, language courses, etc.), which help to bring out the talents and aptitudes of each of us.
Working is important but to do it well, every now and then you need to know how to “switch off” and allow yourself a few moments of leisure and, why not, playtime. The Game Zone is a space within the company equipped with technological games (PlayStation, etc.) as well as entertainment classics such as the timeless table football or darts.

Unifix has also granted “grazing rights” of the company garden to the very friendly blue sheep, as has happened in many other European cities. This is the message of the German artists Bertamaria Reetz and Rainer Bonk (which Unifix wants to make its own): we are equal but all equally important.
