UAcademy comes from Unifix’s long and in-depth knowledge of the world of specialist retailing, and sets out to offer expert training to certify and up-skill staff and professionals. UAcademy also identifies the necessary economic resources for educational investment in its partners, using national (joint interprofessional funds), provincial, regional and European funding (European Social Fund).
LEARNING IS A ROAD WITH NO END.
UAcademy is a training body, founded by Unifix in 2017 and authorised by the European Social Fund Office in Bolzano. It provides 360° training, with ad hoc solutions for the company itself and also for Unifix customers (as well as more generally for the market). It begins with a needs analysis in order to strengthen or increase skills, know-how and technical-specific abilities of workers in a transversal manner, in a number of contexts to optimally enhance the company’s key strengths and those of its collaborators.
TRAINING PLANS.
As well as providing training for companies, UAcademy creates training plans financed by the European Social Fund, to allow disadvantaged individuals to re-enter the world of work, in accordance with the values promoted by the brand: putting people first and foremost, in the belief that training is key for the professional and human growth of each individual, capable of opening new professional opportunities but also of encouraging personal growth. Specifically, our areas of intervention include analysis of the training requirements, interprofessional fund management, drafting of training plans and ongoing quality assessment of the entire training process, to guarantee personal and professional empowerment. All this is achieved through management and reporting of funding, thanks to a secretarial and administration service

Quality certification UNI EN ISO 9001:2015. Accreditation at FSE Bolzano. Registration in the list of educational trainers of the province of Bolzano for Health, Safety and Protection in the Workplace.
