This information is provided - pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016 on the protection of personal data - to those who connect to the Company’s corporate website and use its services, starting from the address “www.unifix.it”. This information is provided only for the above-mentioned website and not for any other websites that may be consulted by the user via links. This privacy policy is an integral part of our website and the services we offer. Access to, and use of, the website, as well as the purchase of products through the website, are based on the assumption that this Privacy Policy has been read and understood. Type of data processed and purpose of processing
_ Connection data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, in the course of normal operation, certain personal data that are then implicitly transmitted in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes:

The website offers users the possibility to proceed directly to the purchase of products marketed on the website. In order to use the online sales service, the user must provide the following data: complete personal data required to process the order. ‘Work with us’ section

The website offers the possibility to express interest in working in the company or to reply to job advertisements for vacancies or new recruits. The Company emphasises the prohibition of their use for other purposes, as well as the obligation to treat them in accordance with this Privacy Policy and current legislation. Through this website, the Company does not deliberately collect any special category or criminal personal data. Special category data, pursuant to Article 9 of EU Regulation 679/2016 on the protection of personal data, includes personal data disclosing racial and ethnic origin; religious, philosophical or other beliefs; political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions; associations or organisations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature; as well as personal data disclosing health and sexual orientation. Criminal data, in accordance with Art. 10 of EU Regulation 679/2016 on the protection of personal data, includes personal data disclosing criminal records, registering of administrative penalties dependent on crime and related pending charges, as well as being named as defendant or suspect pursuant to Articles 60 and 61 of the Italian Code of Criminal Procedure. It is recommended not to provide such information through this website. In the event that such communication is necessary (e.g. belonging to protected categories in the case of sending a curriculum vitae for recruitment purposes, in response to a job advertisement or in the case of an expression of interest in working for the Company), please send a declaration to the Company’s registered office by registered letter containing consent in writing to the processing of the relevant special information.

Data Retention

The information and personal data of users collected by this website, including data freely provided in order to obtain the dispatch of informative material or other communications by filling in the appropriate curriculum vitae on the site, will be stored for the sole purpose of providing the requested service and for the duration necessary for that purpose. Once the service has been completed, all personal data will be destroyed after 6 months unless otherwise requested by the authorities, storage requirements stipulated by law, or otherwise stated in particular sections of the website.

Exercise of data subject’s rights

Pursuant to Articles 13, 14 and 15 of Chapter III of the EU Regulation 679/2016 on the protection of personal data, data subjects have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of such data, to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or to request its supplementation, updating or rectification. Transfer of personal data to a third country or international organisation

Data collected by UNIFIX SWG srl are not transferred to third countries outside the European Union or to international organisations.

The data collected by UNIFIX SWG srl are not subject to profiling, i.e. automated processing performed on personal data with the purpose of evaluating aspects of a natural person, in particular in order to analyse or predict aspects concerning that person’s professional performance, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behaviour, location or movements.

The Company protects personal data through the application of internationally recognised levels of security, as well as through security procedures that protect personal data:
