Retail360

Thanks to our highly qualified consultants, we can (together with our customers) analyse and modernise commercial activity premises, taking into account the specific needs of everyone as we transform the simple “materials warehouse” into an all-round retail space where business activity turnover is optimised.

THE RETAIL STORE AS A SUCCESS FACTOR

Retail360 is a Unifix service designed to assist in the design of display systems for hardware and construction retailers. With input on technical planning, communication and marketing, it is possible to develop a simple materials warehouse in a comprehensive retail area, able to interpret the demands of each specific market and increase profitability.

WINNING PARTNERSHIP.

Thanks to a partnership with LOGICÀ, company leader for 20 years in the field of distribution logics with over 200 retailers nationwide, a project has been developed with five main stages:

  1. RETAIL AREA LAYOUT
Adopt the free service as a retail tool and use homogenous and suitable shelving for all types of products.

  2. WAREHOUSE AND FORECOURTS
The external areas (one of the key points of the project) allow the customer to approach the goods, thus optimising staff pathways and hence service times, making warehouses and forecourts into real retail areas.

  3. DISPLAYS
Another feature of Retail360 is that of generating a precise and efficient display of items, taking into account different packaging solutions, and the reputation and profitability of the products, also through a clear and comprehensible communication approach to professionals and the general public.

  4. MANAGEMENT
Business flow management is certainly a key success factor. The “Shop-in-Shop” concept is optimised and rationalised for maximum results with the aim of stock rotation and profitability, focusing on high-rotation ranges and progressively eliminating “immobile” items, thus preventing the phenomenon of obsolescence.

  5. INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RETAILER COMMUNICATION
The last (but by no means least) factor is that of efficient management of external communication/information but also (and above all) internal communication at the retailer’s, to allow customers to move around freely and autonomously, thus avoiding the need where possible of asking staff for information and streamlining the internal flow of people through the store.
