Our experience collected over 40 years showed us that every product section inside construction retailing stores (hardware, paints and varnishes, power tools, gardening items, clothing, plumbing and electrical items) must be managed with a SHOP-IN-SHOP strategy, in order to enhance and improve visibility and communication about the products to end users. A centralised logistics centre in Terlano, delivering across Italy in 24/36 hours with an AVERAGE ORDER FULFILMENT RATE OF 98.5%, allows customers to avoid stockpiling and tying up capital.

With this new expansion of the UNIFORMAT project, Unifix now enters the world of DIY with a unique display proposal, highly innovative and designed to respond to the needs of private customers as well as tradespeople. Only high-performance items are included in the displays, profitable in terms of revenue generation and stock rotation, allowing excellent sell-out performance. Our decades of experience in hardware, construction and GDS retail has allowed us to develop this specific know-how. All products on display are of high professional quality, to satisfy the needs of all users:
Our widespread retail network is composed of over 70 professionals who can carry out WEEKLY visits to our customers, allowing them to re-order in ultra-fast times. We also deal with re-arrangement of shelves, allowing a constantly organised display service and helping run down stock levels. We constantly monitor the progress of the range, replacing any low-performance products with higher-performing items. We offer a printing and price-update service every time action is taken.
Thanks to the new format dedicated to the PHWS sector, the huge range of Unifix products is enriched even further with two prestigious brands (Cetaform and Plano), leaders in their sectors: the field of hand tools and tool boxes.
